Summer Coda is an Australian drama following Heidi as she hitchhikes home to meet her estranged family for the first time. Along the way, she meets Michael, and the two embark on a journey through the country's sprawling orange groves. As they travel together, both begin to reveal the secrets and struggles they've been carrying alone, discovering that their lives may be richer when shared with another person. Set against the backdrop of rural Australia, the film explores themes of connection, vulnerability, and finding belonging in unexpected places.
