Operational Activities is a Russian crime thriller set in St. Petersburg. A cold-blooded criminal known as the Soloist operates alone, leaving no trace. When he arrives in the city to sell counterfeit money, Major Kuznetsov and his police unit launch a dangerous manhunt.
