Kiss of Life(2003)

Kiss of Life is a film about a woman caught between worlds after a fatal car accident. Helen, a London mother, dies in a morning school run but remains unaware of her death, trapped in limbo as a helpless observer of her own life. Miles away in war-torn Eastern Europe, her husband John—an aid worker who's been absent for months—doesn't yet know what's happened. The story unfolds across four days as Helen's father and children struggle to accept her death, John undertakes a perilous journey home across a conflict-ravaged landscape, and Helen watches her family grieve from beyond. The film weaves together three parallel struggles: grief, survival, and the supernatural, culminating in a final reconciliation that offers Helen her release from the space between life and death.
