Transit is a global romance film that weaves together four separate stories across St Petersburg, Mexico City, Los Angeles, and Nairobi. Tatjana flees Russia seeking escape through a man she believes will transform her life. Champinon searches for connection in Mexico City. Asha leaves Los Angeles after discovering her fiancé's infidelity to shoot a graduation film in Nairobi. Matthew pursues his dreams within Kenya's emerging hip hop scene. When Tatjana and Asha arrive in their new cities, chance encounters bring them together with Champinon and Matthew respectively. What begins as four separate journeys of self-discovery and romantic hope gradually reveals itself as an intricately connected narrative. As relationships develop, the characters discover that their seemingly independent paths are bound by invisible threads, complicating their quests for love and belonging in unexpected ways.
