A Fairly OddParents live-action TV movie that picks up with Timmy Turner now 23 years old but still in fifth grade, clinging to childhood to keep his fairy godparents Cosmo and Wanda. When Tootie, a former classmate, returns to Dimmsdale as an attractive woman, Timmy falls for her—a sign of growing up that threatens his magical protection. The fairy rulebook Da Rules states he loses his fairies the moment he truly matures. Meanwhile, oil tycoon Hugh J. Magnate Jr. and obsessed teacher Mr. Crocker scheme to steal Timmy's fairies' magic for profit. Timmy must navigate the impossible choice between love and keeping the magic that's defined his entire life, all while Dimmsdale's fate hangs in the balance.
