Operation Beautiful Breasts: Miss Spy is a Japanese comedy film following Kaori Yumiko, a high school track athlete who survives a serious car accident thanks to Dr. Osuga's surgery. The procedure leaves her with an unusual condition: her breasts expand dramatically when she becomes excited. Yumiko harnesses this quirky ability to win a track championship and rise to fame as a glamorous idol. Her newfound success attracts the attention of a rival busty idol who turns out to be an agent of Ura Mespai, an evil organization.
