Dear to Me is an Indonesian film following Tim, a 27-year-old man vacationing with his parents on a remote island. Local legend speaks of a reincarnated deer dwelling along the beach—spotting it supposedly signals you'll meet your soulmate. While Tim's devout Christian parents dismiss the myth, Tim secretly harbors hope of finding the creature, concealing his true desire from them.
