Santa Fe Stampede is a Western film in which the Mesquiteers pursue a horse thief only to watch him slip free through a corrupt judge's ruling. Determined to seek justice, they collect signatures for a gubernatorial investigation. When their petition-carrying friend is murdered, suspicion falls on Stony, forcing him to clear his name while uncovering the real culprit. The film balances action and intrigue as the heroes navigate a web of corruption and false accusation in the Old West, ultimately exposing the crooked system that protects the guilty.
