Change follows Adam Ondra, a 19-year-old climber widely regarded as the best in the sport's history. Balancing elite-level rock climbing with demanding school commitments and a relentless schedule of competitions and public appearances, Ondra faces an impossible juggling act. As his A-level exams approach, he makes an unconventional choice: rather than pursue university, he embarks on an ambitious expedition across Norway and Sweden with three friends. Their mission is to explore remote, uncharted territories in northern Europe and discover untouched climbing sites hidden in the wilderness. The documentary captures Ondra's first truly independent journey beyond the constraints of professional climbing's demands, venturing into unknown terrain where freedom and discovery await.
