Fiery Wind(1983)

Fiery Wind is a Korean drama about a marriage fractured by trauma and desire. Suh Jung-hwan, a cosmetics company executive, struggles to rebuild intimacy with his wife Oh Hye-ryung after she's assaulted by masked robbers. When Jung-hwan meets the alluring Noh Sung-ah, he fights to remain faithful despite temptation. Meanwhile, Jang-suk, a young man spurned by Sung-ah, pursues Hye-ryung for money rather than love. As hidden affairs unravel, jealousy and betrayal spiral toward violence. The film explores how trauma fractures relationships and how desire can destroy those caught in its wake, culminating in tragedy that claims everyone involved.
