Interceptor Force 2(2002)

Interceptor Force 2 is a sci-fi action film set in the near future, where an elite government unit called the Interception Team battles extraterrestrial threats. When an alien scout ship crashes in eastern Russia, Commander Sean Lambert and his specially trained soldiers are sent to investigate. They encounter a seven-foot shape-shifter determined to destroy humanity by detonating a nearby nuclear power plant and triggering nuclear winter. The conflict turns personal when the alien learns that Lambert killed its mate four years earlier. As the creature proves nearly unstoppable, the Interception Team must mount a desperate defense to prevent global annihilation.
