Kinderville Ghost(2014)

Kinderville Ghost is a Belarusian film about Kostya, a failed film producer who moves his family to a decaying manor in the Vileysky district after his career collapses. Desperate to rebuild his fortune, Kostya converts the estate into an amusement park called Kinder-Ville, envisioning a Belarusian theme park empire. His family embraces the venture, but the manor harbors a dark secret: an ancient wizard's ghost, buried in the basement centuries ago for his cruelty, now awakens to the chaos of screaming children and construction. Unwilling to share his domain with crowds, the vengeful spirit launches a campaign to drive the family out at any cost. What follows is a darkly comic clash between entrepreneurial ambition and supernatural resistance, as Kostya must navigate both the practical challenges of building an amusement park and the very real threat of a malevolent ghost determined to reclaim his solitude.
