Kopps(2003)

Kopps is a Swedish comedy about a sleepy village police force facing extinction. In Högboträsk, crime barely exists—officers spend their days drinking coffee, eating hot dogs, and rounding up stray cattle. When the regional police board threatens to shut down the station due to its perfect safety record, the small-town cops must find a way to prove their worth. The film captures the absurd logic of bureaucracy meeting rural life, where having no crime becomes a liability rather than a success.
