Magic Boy is a Japanese animated film following Sasuke, a young magician who grows up in forest isolation with his sister Oyu and animal companions. When a demon witch invades their sanctuary and kills one of his friends, Sasuke abandons his peaceful life to seek revenge. He travels to study under the wizard Hakuunsai, racing to master his magical powers before the witch's reign of terror claims more victims. The film blends coming-of-age themes with classic fantasy adventure, as Sasuke transforms from sheltered boy into a warrior mage determined to stop an ancient evil.
