Senior(2014)

Senior is a comedy about two women who meet on a life-changing day. Lola Susan arrives at the government office on her 60th birthday expecting to collect her Senior Citizen's card—a milestone she's been anticipating. While waiting in line, she strikes up an instant rapport with Lola Amanda, a spirited older woman who helps her navigate the bureaucratic process. Amanda assists her in securing the ID, and the two feel an immediate bond forming. But when they reach the movie theater ticket counter, ready to use their new senior discount, they make a shocking discovery: the card has vanished. What follows is a lighthearted adventure as the two Lolas must figure out what happened and find a way to reclaim what should have been theirs. The film celebrates friendship, aging, and the unexpected connections that can bloom at any stage of life.
