Spare(2008)

Spare is a South Korean crime thriller about a man trapped between rival forces. Gwang-tae, drowning in debt to a ruthless loan shark, agrees to sell his liver to yakuza desperate to save their dying boss. When his friend Gil-do vanishes with the money before the surgery, Gwang-tae refuses to leave for Japan until he tracks him down. What follows is a chaotic chase across borders as Gwang-tae and the yakuza hunt Gil-do, while the loan shark pursues them all. Caught between criminal syndicates and his own desperation, Gwang-tae must navigate a web of betrayal and violence where trust is a luxury he cannot afford.
