Exposure(2000)
Exposure is a science-fiction anthology series that aired on the Sci-Fi Channel from 2000 to 2002, showcasing short films from both emerging and established filmmakers. Hosted by Lisa Marie, the series presented diverse sci-fi stories and helped launch the channel's Exposure Studios. Each episode featured independent work spanning various subgenres and themes within science fiction. The show struggled with ratings, partly due to its Sunday late-night time slot, which shifted from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. EST. Guest hosts including Terry Farrell and director Kevin Smith introduced special episodes like the "Best of Season One" and "Star Wars Short Films Showcase." Exposure was ultimately canceled in fall 2002 after failing to build a substantial audience.
