Two in the Box(2020)

Two in the Box is an Egyptian comedy series following twin brothers Shawqy and Zika as they chase their ambitions while working as garbage men. Shawqy dreams of becoming an actor, while Zika aspires to be a singer. Both brothers pursue romantic relationships alongside their professional goals, but their humble job keeps pulling them back. The narrative takes a dramatic turn when Mamado, the leader of Zambizy, discovers he has twin children living in Egypt. The series balances humor with the brothers' struggle to escape their circumstances and build better lives, exploring themes of family, aspiration, and second chances against the backdrop of Cairo's working-class neighborhoods.
