Together We Stand is an American sitcom that aired on CBS from 1986 to 1987. The series follows David and Lori Randall, a married couple navigating life with their large blended family of adopted children from diverse backgrounds. Created by Stephen Sustarsic and directed by Andrew D. Weyman, the show explores the joys and challenges of building an unconventional household. The concept originated as a proposed spin-off from The Brady Bunch, inspired by a 1974 episode called "Kelly's Kids" that introduced the idea of a family adopting multiple children of different ethnicities. Together We Stand brings that premise to the forefront, centering entirely on the Randalls' journey as adoptive parents committed to creating a loving home for children from all walks of life.
