ATHENA(1998)

Athena is a live-action Japanese drama series adapted from the visual novel Athena: Awakening from the Ordinary Life. Broadcast on TV Tokyo from April to June 1998, the show stars Kei Ishibashi in the titular role. The series follows Athena as she navigates her extraordinary circumstances amid everyday life. With its blend of supernatural elements and character-driven storytelling, Athena captures the late-90s aesthetic of Japanese television drama.
