Deep Brains is a medical drama following a neurosurgery department where two contrasting deputy chiefs clash over philosophy and practice. Fan Xun, nicknamed Gu Xiong, is the department's fastest surgeon but believes operation isn't always the answer. Dai Yi Shan, known as Doctor Shan, recently returned from overseas and champions cutting-edge technology as the solution to every ailment.
