It's a Wonderful Life(2013)

It's a Wonderful Life is a Singaporean comedy series following the interconnected lives of four neighbours in an HDB flat. Hao Huixian, a compulsive gambler, dreams of cheating at cards with his neighbours Li Yunshun, Fan Wenxiang, and Ma Lingshu—nicknamed Potato. When Yunshun and Wenxiang move into their daughter's condominium, they rent their flat to their son Siyuan, who runs a tuition agency. As Siyuan's wife Isabella travels for work and their maid takes leave, the grandparents step in to care for young Huanhuan, though tensions simmer over the boy's closer bond with his maternal grandmother. Meanwhile, Potato schemes to profit from his neighbours' generosity, organizing a wedding anniversary party to collect red packets and considering a lucrative rental deal—only to find his plans consistently thwarted by the cunning of those around him.
