Slave Market(2002)

Slave Market is an anime series following Casius, a Venetian informant stationed in Constantinople. When his friend Falco takes him to the city's notorious slave market, Casius purchases three enslaved women—Bianca, Cecilia, and Myia—intending to protect them from exploitation. As he grows closer to each woman and learns their traumatic pasts, Casius becomes entangled in their dark secrets and personal struggles. His initial compassion gradually transforms into something far more complicated as desire and emotional attachment blur his judgment. What began as an act of mercy spirals into a series of dangerous consequences that threaten to reshape his character entirely. The series explores themes of power, vulnerability, and the moral ambiguity of salvation through intimate relationships.
