Robot Girls NEO(2018)

Robot Girls NEO is an anime series set in a ruined future Nerima, where a catastrophic photon energy disaster has left the landscape devastated. Two android girls, Z-chan and Gre-chan, live in the Shutter District at the base of an abandoned photon research facility tower. They've built their home, Photon House, from salvaged materials and power it with residual photon energy. The world is now dominated by mysterious Getter Rays that descend from space, replacing the advanced technology of the past. As Z-chan and Gre-chan navigate this harsh post-apocalyptic environment, they must adapt to survival in a world transformed by forces beyond their understanding. The series blends science fiction worldbuilding with the daily struggles of its android protagonists in a transformed world.
