Wife with Wife(2005)

Wife with Wife is a Japanese drama series that weaves together two distinct storylines. In the first, Koutarou manages Sakura Market, a struggling independent supermarket he inherited after his father's death. The business faces a hostile takeover by a major corporation—Kaneyu—orchestrated by his own brother, Taiyou. The second narrative follows newlyweds Yuusuke and Akira on their wedding night, when Yuusuke discovers he's unable to perform sexually. While Akira reassures him, Yuusuke refuses to accept the situation, setting off a deeper exploration of intimacy, vulnerability, and what it means to truly support a partner. Both stories examine the pressures of family loyalty, personal expectation, and acceptance within relationships.
