Me Always You is a Thai romantic comedy about second chances and mistaken identity. Ploypailin comes from wealth but loses everything when her family's publishing empire collapses. Years later, she lands an internship at a fashion magazine where her childhood crush Kevin now works as senior editor—transformed from the pudgy boy she once loved. Desperate to rekindle their connection, Ploypailin enlists her beautiful friend Randa to pose as her and approach Kevin. The plan spirals when Kevin assigns Ploypailin to work directly under him, unaware of who she really is, and Randa unexpectedly falls for him instead of walking away.
