Bad Memory Eraser is a Korean drama that follows Lee Goon, a former tennis pro whose career ends abruptly after a devastating injury. Struggling with despair, he seeks help from an experimental psychiatric treatment called the memory eraser, designed to reset his life and restore his confidence. The procedure backfires when it implants false memories, convincing Goon that his psychiatrist, Kyung Joo Yeon, was his first love. As the two navigate the consequences of this manufactured past, they must confront whether the fabricated connection will deepen their troubles or unexpectedly blossom into genuine romance.
