Tokyo 24th Ward is an anime series set on a man-made island in the Far Eastern Special Region. Three childhood friends—Shuta, Ran, and Koki—grew up together despite their vastly different backgrounds and personalities. A tragic incident fractures their bond irreparably. A year later, they reunite at a memorial service for that fateful day, only to receive simultaneous phone calls from their supposedly dead friend. The mysterious caller demands they make a critical choice about the island's future. As the friends grapple with shock and confusion, they're drawn into a dangerous conspiracy that forces them to confront their past and question everything they believe about what really happened.
