Spatz(1990)

Spatz is a children's comedy series that aired on CITV from 1990 to 1992. Created by Andrew Bethell and produced by Thames Television, the show follows the daily chaos at a fast food restaurant in a fictional shopping mall in Cricklewood, London. Run by two Canadians—Karen Hansson, the European Co-ordinator, and manager Thomas "TJ" Strickland—the restaurant employs a rotating cast of young staff members played by Vas Blackwood, Stephanie Charles, Jonathan Copestake, Sue Devaney, Joe Greco, Katy Murphy and Ling Tai. The series balances workplace comedy with ensemble humor, drawing on guest appearances from David Harewood, Rhys Ifans, Gary Lineker, Danny John-Jules and Nicholas Parsons to keep the action lively and unpredictable.
