River of Dreams(2022)

River of Dreams is a Thai sports drama following Nawa, an eighteen-year-old from a rural village who grew up racing longboats on the river. After abandoning the sport due to a personal crisis, Nawa enrolls at university hoping to leave his past behind. There he meets Pai, an ambitious science student determined to join Thailand's national canoeing team and compete in the Olympics. Pai's passion reignites Nawa's own love of the water. When Nawa joins the university canoeing club, he discovers a new sense of purpose and begins to rebuild himself. The series explores themes of friendship, perseverance, and self-discovery as both young athletes navigate the demands of elite sport while finding their place in the world.
