Kingdom of the Mountain is an Egyptian series centered on Mannaa, the sole educated resident of Nag' Al-Jabal with official documentation—a consequence of his mother's hospital birth in Qena during a pilgrimage. When townspeople uncover an ancient tomb beneath their remote village, Mannaa finds himself at the heart of an unfolding mystery. The discovery sets off a chain of events that tests his knowledge against local superstition and tradition. As secrets buried for centuries begin to surface, Mannaa must navigate the tension between his modern education and the village's deep-rooted beliefs.
