Faraday and Company(1973)

Faraday and Company is a detective series following Frank Faraday, a private investigator who escapes a South American prison after 28 years, wrongly convicted of his partner's murder. Returning to Los Angeles, Frank discovers he has an adult son, Steve, who has become a private investigator himself and now runs the agency Frank once owned. Steve's mother, Lou Carson, took over the business during Frank's absence. Father and son team up to solve cases while Frank grapples with a world transformed by three decades of change. The series balances crime-solving procedural elements with the emotional complexity of a fractured family rebuilding their relationship in a modern Los Angeles.
