Pon no Michi(2024)

Pon no Michi is a Japanese series set in Onomichi City, Hiroshima Prefecture, following Nashiko Jippensha, a high school student who's been kicked out of her home. Desperate for a place to gather with friends, she discovers her father's abandoned mahjong parlor and decides to restore it. What begins as a refuge becomes a vibrant hangout where Nashiko and her friends cook, share tea, play mahjong, and build memories together. The series captures the warmth of friendship and community as this unlikely space transforms into the heart of their lives.
