Kultus(2019)

Kultus is a psychological thriller series following Syakilla, a Singaporean student in New York who becomes entangled with ELIXR, a dangerous cult operating in Upstate New York. When her brother Syafik learns of her involvement, he travels to the remote, frozen region determined to extract her from the group's grip. What unfolds is a chilling descent into the cult's web of control, where escape proves far more difficult than either sibling anticipated. As they struggle against ELIXR's influence, both discover that leaving the cult may be impossible. The series explores themes of manipulation, family bonds, and the psychological hold cults exert over their members, building tension through an atmospheric setting and the siblings' desperate fight for freedom.
