Days Gone By is a drama series centered on Bu Nasser, a wealthy man who has achieved success in business and social standing, yet feels incomplete without a male heir to carry his name. Mocked by rivals for being "the father of girls," Bu Nasser faces mounting pressure from friends who urge him to take a second wife in hopes of fathering a son. With the help of his associate Bu Duaij Al-Tajer, he embarks on a search for another spouse. The series explores themes of tradition, family legacy, and the personal cost of societal expectations, examining how the pursuit of a son tests relationships and challenges the values that define his world.
