Kabul(2025)

Kabul is a tense political thriller set during the Taliban's takeover of Afghanistan in August 2021. As the militant group closes in on the capital, French, Italian, German, and American diplomats scramble to evacuate their embassies and hundreds of Afghan civilians and refugees to the airport. The sudden collapse of the city's defenses throws carefully laid plans into chaos, forcing officials and local police to improvise under extreme pressure. With the Taliban at the gates, ordinary Afghans face an impossible choice: surrender or flee.
