0.5D is a Japanese comedy series following Sada Seiya, a charming salesman at a trading company who has maintained a carefully curated image for years. Desperate to appear cool, he's invented a long-term girlfriend and become what he calls "0.5D"—half a virgin, caught between fantasy and reality. After a decade of this charade, Sada unexpectedly falls in love for real. Seeking guidance, he turns to Uno Daiki, a younger colleague from university with a far more active romantic history. As Sada navigates genuine feelings for the first time, the series explores the gap between the persona he's built and the person he actually is, blending workplace comedy with romantic mishaps and the awkward vulnerability of starting over.
