Conqueror of the Ten Directions(2013)

Conqueror of the Ten Directions is a historical drama set in Southeast Asia around 1530, during the Ayutthaya period. The series follows Sadet's rise to power as he navigates treacherous political rivalries between three kingdoms: Taungoo in Burma, Phrae in Thailand, and Hongsawadee in Mon territory. His journey transforms him into King Bayinnaung, history's greatest Burmese ruler, whose empire would eventually span much of Southeast Asia. The narrative captures the ambition, strategy, and conflict required to unite fractured kingdoms under one crown, tracing how a single leader reshaped the region's political landscape during a pivotal era.
