When a string of robberies inspired by the iconic Shocker villain organization sweeps through his town, Tojima sees his chance. He and a group of fellow adult Kamen Rider enthusiasts decide to take matters into their own hands, blurring the line between fandom and reality. From the creator of Air Master and 81 Diver, the series explores what happens when grown men stop pretending and start living out their superhero fantasies for real.
