Agathe contre Agathe is a French thriller series that begins when a young woman matching Agathe's appearance is pulled from the Seine, murdered as part of an occult ritual. The victim shares Agathe's name and clothing style, setting off an unsettling chain of events. Agathe, a 30-year-old academic who has just completed her doctoral thesis on French secret societies, finds herself at the center of a deadly mystery.
