Gourmet(2008)

Gourmet is a South Korean drama following Lee Sung-Chan, a warm-hearted chef-in-training played by Kim Rae-Won, as he pursues his passion for cooking while navigating family rivalry and ambition. When his stepfather, Master Oh Sook-soo, announces he won't automatically hand the prestigious head chef position to his own son, jealousy and cutthroat competition erupt within the family restaurant. Sung-Chan's journey is complicated by Kim Jin-soo, a spirited country girl portrayed by Nam Sang-Mi, who dreams of becoming a food columnist and follows him with hopeful determination.
