Handcuffed: Last Pair Standing is a reality competition hosted by Jonathan Ross in which nine pairs of complete strangers are literally chained together for a cross-country road trip across the UK. The participants—drawn from wildly different backgrounds, beliefs and lifestyles—must eat, dress and sleep mere inches apart while navigating everyday challenges. Pairs range from a bartender paired with a millionaire to an alpha male matched with a proud feminist. The longer a duo can tolerate the physical and emotional strain of enforced proximity, the closer they get to winning £100,000. As tensions rise and personalities clash, the question becomes not who will win, but how long anyone can actually last.
