Hard to Say I Love You is a Japanese series following five strangers whose lives intersect through Twitter. Nishimura faces relationship turmoil after her boyfriend distances himself following her pregnancy. Ichihara endures sexual coercion from his magazine editor. Park maintains a false online persona as a doctor while working in medical equipment sales and caring for his younger sister. As these five form an unlikely friendship, they navigate personal crises and learn to be honest with one another. The series explores vulnerability, connection, and the masks people wear in their daily lives.
