Live to Dance(2011)

Live to Dance is a US reality dance competition that aired on CBS, featuring dancers of all ages auditioning in specially constructed Dance Domes across the country. Hosted by Andrew Günsberg and judged by Paula Abdul, Kimberly Wyatt of the Pussycat Dolls, and Michael Jackson's longtime choreographer Travis Payne, the show premiered on January 4, 2011. Designed to compete with So You Think You Can Dance, Live to Dance stood out by welcoming performers regardless of age. The format drew inspiration from the British series Got to Dance. Despite its star-studded judging panel, the competition failed to gain traction and was cancelled after its first season. An Australian adaptation was also produced in 2011.
