Persia, the Magic Fairy is an animated series following 11-year-old Persia, an energetic girl raised among animals on Africa's Serengeti plains. When she travels to Japan with twins Riki and Gaku and their grandfather, a mysterious incident during the flight transports her to the Lovely Dream—a magical realm where dreams are born. The Fairy Queen, appearing as a butterfly, reveals the land is frozen and dying, enlisting Persia's help. Armed with a magical golden headband that activates with the word "Papurikko," Persia gains the power to transform into an older version of herself and wield a magic baton that bridges both worlds. Accompanied by three kappa companions, she returns to the regular world on a mission to collect love energy and save the Lovely Dream from eternal frost.
