Voice(2009)

Voice is a Japanese medical drama series following five forensic pathology students who investigate the mysteries surrounding death. Kaji Daiki, rejected from a prestigious heart surgery program, unexpectedly lands in a forensic pathology seminar instead. When he questions his placement, professor Sagawa challenges his assumptions about medicine, arguing that the dead also deserve medical expertise. Alongside fellow students Ryosuke, Kanako, Teppei, and Akira, Daiki discovers that forensic pathology offers its own profound purpose: giving voice to those who can no longer speak. Together, the group uncovers the hidden stories behind deaths, learning that understanding the dead is as vital as treating the living.
