Lost Universe is an anime series following Kane Blueriver and his AI companion Canal Vorfeed, trouble contractors who accept dangerous jobs ranging from armed escort missions to criminal captures. When private investigator Millennium Feria Nocturne joins their ranks, the trio becomes entangled in escalating chaos that slowly reveals connections to the legendary Lost Ships and their own pasts. As they dig deeper, they uncover a mystery that a shadowy force called Nightmare is determined to keep hidden.
