3 Leaf Clover is a Korean drama about Jin Ah, a steelworker who sacrificed her education to support her grandmother and brother after their mother abandoned the family. When her brother's recklessness lands her in prison, Jin Ah emerges as an ex-convict struggling to rebuild her life and yearning for her mother's return. She takes a job working for Sae Hyung, a wealthy man engaged to another woman. As Jin Ah and Sae Hyung spend time together, an unexpected romance blooms between them, complicating his existing engagement and forcing both to confront their pasts and desires for a better future.
