A Younger Man(2003)

A Younger Man is a Japanese drama that explores desire and rivalry across generations. Chikako, a thirty-something office worker, falls for Shun Izaki at her gym and proposes to him—only to be rejected. Unknown to her, Izaki has met her mother Hanae at the shop where she works, and the two have fallen in love.
