Mercy Point(1998)

Mercy Point is a science fiction series that aired on UPN from fall 1998 to summer 1999. Set in the mid-23rd century, the show follows the staff of a deep-space medical station that treats both human and alien patients, serving as a crucial meeting point between civilizations and between military and civilian forces. Though short-lived, Mercy Point earned recognition for its complex characters and intriguing worldbuilding that hinted at a larger universe beyond the station's walls. The series was created by Trey Callaway, David Simkins, and Milo Frank, with executive producers including Callaway, Michael Katleman, Lee David Zlotoff, Peter Guber, Scott Sanders, and Joe Voci.
